Natural Born Cosmetics® Hi-Define Eye Liner Pencil is a true Kohl formula wood pencil with a high wax blend to deliver long wearing vivid shades, and with a soft creamy texture that is firm enough under pressure but won't tug, pull or drag on the delicate eye lid skin as you apply them. You get a smooth and easy line every time you draw, blend, smudge or mix with these pencils to define, contour, shape for a bold effect or softer subtle line. They are soft enough and great to use for inner lid table lining too.
Hi-Define Eye Liner Pencil can be sharpened to a perfect point, and is available in the most desired colors used by professional artists, and they deliver high pigment color opacity with excellent results on all skin tones. Whether you want to subtly define or go all out for glam, these colors are true to wear without fading, whether for day or evening looks. They are so versatile to use with any shadow texture or color combination, and can be layered over or under shadow for eye popping results!
Pro Tips: The Jet Black pencil is great to stroke in between lashes to give the illusion of a fuller thicker lash line. Pro Tip: To sharpen pencil to a nice smooth point without breakage, place the pencil in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Sharpen with a professional grade pencil sharpener, such as the Japonesque Dual Pencil Sharpener, PPS-0136, or the Round Metal Makeup Pencil Sharpener, PPS-0268. If applying to very oily lids simply use a lid primer to help ensure longer wear.
