Velvet Foundation Primer is blended with antioxidants and moisture protecting ingredients, and works beautifully alone or in tandem over any oil free moisturizer, such as Natural Born Cosmetics© Oil Free Hydrating Fluid, PPS-0062, for added slip and smoothness to skin surface.

Dry and mature skins will greatly benefit from the hydration and surface retexturing this primer offers, which is extremely important for their winter makeup wear.  Soothing vitamins (Vitamins A and E) and anti-oxidants help soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  This product can also be used on lips, neck, hands, or anywhere you need an extra emollient boost under creams and lotions.

This primer can be worn under your moisturizer or sunscreen, or used alone on clean bare skin. It can even be combined with a little dab of foundation or powder to create a fabulous pre-base coat that gives skin an extra boost of smoothing, both in look and texture, or as super sheer coverage.  It's an excellent primer to use under any brand of mineral makeup.

Note:  This is a silicone based primer so it may not be compatible with foundations that have wax based ingredients.

Ingredients: Cyclomethicone, Dimethicaon Crosspolymer, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Vitis Venifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Camellia Sinensis (Leaf) Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Retinyl Palmitate, Phenoxyethanol, Isospropylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Butylparaben.
