Mehron Mixing Liquid is great to use as a thinner for Mehron Liquid Makeup, PPS-0250, or to create an intense, opaque liquid metal makeup with metallic powders or glitters.  Mixing Liquid provides a highly durable, water-resistant application that will wash off with soap and water. 

It's great to use as a wetting/thinning agent for all kinds water based makeup, including water based airbrush makeup, and makes them more durable in wear.  Use it as a lining liquid or brush on product when mixed with cosmetic powdered or cake products, or simply as a setting agent that provides a smudge and water resistant finish.  It can also be used as a skin barrier product before a makeup application. Dries reasonably fast with great results.  Belongs in every makeup kit as a staple item.
