It’s completely compatible with foam latex, gelatin, acrylic/plastic and silicone appliances.

o Use: The dry ink pigments must be activated first with a 99% alcohol product, such as Telesis ISO GEL, MM-1111, Skin Illustrator Slow Activator, MM-1205, or REEL Creations 99% Alcohol Developer, MM-1182. Pour or spray a small amount into the pigment and rub the top of the cake with a brush to liquefy the color. Apply the color with a brush, sponge, mascara wand, or other makeup applicator. Removal is easy with PPI's Telesis Super Solv, MM-1114, or Telesis Makeup Remover, MM-1255.
Note: Do not use any alcohol product that is less than 99%, MEK, water, or other types of solvents with this product. It will only work successfully with 99% alcohol. Palette cells may be too small to sufficiently use with sponges.
